I've created a set of placemarks for Channel 4 (BBC) in the UK. It's a list of
about 25 places where parking fines are exorbitant, and revenue is in the millions
of pounds. More information and the placemarks can be downloaded at

Urban Exploration/Touring the Upper Peninsula
- Tilden/Empire Iron Mines - huge open pit mines in Michigan's UP.
- Half sunken Ore Dredge - stuck in the silt of Lake Linden (Keeweenau Peninsula) since 1967.
- The Yooper Dome - aka da Superior Dome, the world's largest wooden dome, or view the Dome Cam. Located in Marquette, MI on NMU's campus.
UK and Miscellaneous
- Most expensive parking/traffic fine locations in the UK. This was a freelance Google Earth project for Channel 4 News (Link goes to site).
- Blub cam - this light bulb has been working and on since 1901!
